Nine British medical students and doctors are feared to have travelled to Syria to work in areas controlled by Islamic State militants.

    And here is the limp wristed reaction from the UK.

    The Home Office said that the medics would not automatically face prosecution under anti-terror laws if they tried to return to the UK, as long as they could prove they had not been fighting.

    They might return with their heads tucked underneath their arms.

    nah, they're too useful to ISIS. But they may find that the situation is different on the ground than they dreamed, then come back crying to the UK, if they can escape.
