I still say we should just then let them leave and then as soon as they're gone, terminate their passport so they can't get back.

Maybe also microchip them to make sure when they're gone, they stay gone. 8)

Something about undoing brainwashing. I'm starting to think that, after that story about the base brat who's father is still serving.

It's illegal to make someone 'stateless'.

Because, as the left-wing circle-jerk over Omar Khadr clearly illustrated, this is what the liberal side of any "it's my right to do so" argument looks like. :|

I know, it's probably illegal to microchip them too. Hence the sunglasses face.

I think that's more of a guideline.

There's lots of coutires that have no qualms about making their citizens stateless. Palestinians are all stateless too. And many refugees. Canada has even made a few people statelss with the amendments to teh Citizenship Act of 2008.

Syria fears prompt travel ban on five teenage girls

Mr Justice Hayden - who also ruled on the earlier case - said the risk to teenagers travelling to Syria was "as grave as it can be".

"As I said early this week in another case, and I repeat it in this, sometimes the law has to intervene to protect these young people, ultimately from themselves.

So how about we declare them all them citizens of the New Caliphate. Problem solved.

It's a win win. They'd get to die for their new religion and new leader while, we'd get to rid the country of troublesome idiots who at some point would likely require vast sums of our tax dollars just to keep in prison or pay for the damage they'd do to society.

Make them stateless... if anybody asks questions, answer "who?" or "never heard of him".

They should have let the puke go because the chances of him coming back alive would have been very unlikely.

    Palestinians are all stateless too.

Technically, West Bank Arabs are Jordanian, as Jordan formally annexed the territory
Jordan formally annexed the West Bank on April 24, 1950, giving all residents automatic Jordanian citizenship. West Bank residents had already received the right to claim Jordanian citizenship in December 1949.

Israel conquered the territory of Judea and Samaria from Jordan during the Six-Day War in 1967. They never occupied 'Palestine' or Palestinian territory. It was land seized from Jordan.
