The scathing, 105-page Justice Department report on Ferguson, Mo.'s civil-rights abusing police garnered headlines around the world. Though, as Neil Macdonald writes, it was not that unusual and far from the only indictment of America's police.

    NOpe. As has been pointed out, many municiapal govt use the police to generate revenue, and do it mostly to the poor. People wind up owing thousands for a simple traffic infraction.

    But of course racsim plays not part in all this. It's that Holder stirring up trouble among the negros.
