Yeah, until his life is in turmoil again and he decides someone else needs to die because of it!
But psychiatrists do not judge and sentence.
The Psychiatrist is just giving his Medical opinion. If you want more Justice, that's not his Job.
Kind of agree. Shrinks aren't there to dispense justice.
Really, that should not be the case and the experts should not be on any party's payroll. The judge should demand analysis from neutral experts.

I'm sure Vince Li is smiling.
And writing you love letters daily.
He should never have been found innocent, but at the very least with somebody like this they should be on lifetime parole - make sure the keep their noses clean and are popped back in the minute they step out of line.
Just keep in mind that sandorski has made it very clear that he thinks the robocall controversy is a more serious issue than the killing of children.
What, you disagree? Is it your opinion that a psychiatrist is employed to dish out justice?
If the guy doesn't think, in his professional medical opinion, that the guy is a further threat to society, then that's his opinion.
That's what he's paid for.
Blame the legal system that allowed this guy to kill his kids then get out a year or two later, or better yet, blame the irresponsible fuckface himself who killed his kids then demanded his freedom now that he's better.
Or blame the shrink and launch forum rockets.
Travesty of justice - fucking Quebec jury.

Innocent? Wrong. Not criminally responsible.
