Toronto police have released a security camera video of four people they believe were responsible for defacing a newly restored war memorial.

Pricks. If I found them I'd chain them to the fucking thing for 7 days, only giving them the needed 2 litres of water per day.

Depending on the temperature you may not need to water them at all.
