She was the only one to figure that one out? Really? No wonder the average citizen has no faith in the courts.
Blame the police officers that decided that they were not bound by official procedures.
police seriously violated Ms. C�t�s rights by conducting a warrantless search and attempting to conceal their conduct afterward.
Those procedures are in place for a reason, and they should be followed.
I don't buy that, if they would have simply done some good old fashioned police work, she would be in jail where she belongs.
