An Italian appeals court has thrown out Amanda Knox's murder conviction and ordered the young American freed after nearly four years in prison for the death of her British roommate.

Good, now she needs to get the hell out of Europe before the prosecutors come up with some BS way of keeping her there.

She'll be on a plane tonight.
I don't get the "defamation" charge tho. At any rate, she got 3 years for that, and served 4. Technically, she over-served by a year, and missed the time off for good behaviour, so she over-served by 2 years. I'm thinking she won't appeal that tho.

She's flying home on Tuesday, Italy time. Basically less then 24hrs after she is set free she's getting the hell out of there. I don't blame her one bit.
