�Zombie� tropical storm Paulette returns �because 2020�

Weather officials thought hurricane Paulette died last week over the Atlantic Ocean. It turns out it was only mostly dead, because it�s come back as a �zombie tropical storm� near the Azores, according to the U.S. National Weather Service.
