Not to defend the HA but if anyone is upset with this they need to be upset with the Police, Prosecutors, courts, or whoever took too long to get the case together. No one should have to wait years for prosecution. Most of all if you're sitting in jail. Most of all (sure not in this case though) you're innocent.
Lesson to cops and crown. Don't make the big busts until you know you can get your act together after the arrests. Organized crime all over Canada is laughing at you guys now.
As an end note the HA legal team may have also done a good job at delaying the case as well, in which case something has to be done about that being so easy.
It's a shame.
