herbie herbie: When you call yourself a democracy you try to do things that satisfy MOST people. Most people were satisfied.. in fact, 50-48 people were satisfied. Now, if you want to bitch and cry and complain about most, let's say 60 satisfied people, then maybe you should go ask your great Dummycrat hero Harry Reid as to why that is. p.s. get with the program, the USA .......... IS A REPUBLIC !

Facts don’t matter, Fiddle.
All it takes now is one semi-credible “victim”. They must be believed at all costs.

$1: House Democrats are not finished with Brett Kavanaugh If they take back the House, Democrats want to investigate whether Kavanaugh committed perjury.
For the past week, House Democrats have been saying they’ll take over the investigation into Kavanaugh’s background if they win in the 2018 midterms. Five Democratic members of the House Judiciary Committee — including ranking member Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY) — have called for an investigation into the sexual assault allegations against Kavanaugh. (Kavanaugh has denied all the allegations made against him). https://www.vox.com/2018/10/5/17941374/ ... ler-pelosiThis might be a good thing despite the fact it's not likely to find anything more damning that was already presented. But if the Democrats are willing to go to these lengths to get Kavanaugh, I'm sure the Republicans will return the favour at some point and do it for all the Democratic appointees on the court. So, we could be seeing one hell of alot of dirt being exposed about all these paragon's of the Justice System which is just what they need to clear the air. I'm sure if we go down this road there'll be such niceties as tax scams, payoffs, assaults, links to Russia and all kinds of other peccadillo's exposed to the American people. Then, when the people are pissed off enough to realize they've been duped for over a hundred years by a body that claims impartiality but is anything but, they can get rid of these clowns and start afresh with a much less partisan appointment method. ![Cheer [cheer]](./images/smilies/icon_cheers.gif)

Black conservatives (and there are more of them than you think) are already using this case to bring more over to their side: Even the far left, Slate magazine is beginning to face the fact that the only women energized to get out and vote by this are Conservative women. https://slate.com/news-and-politics/201 ... rnout.htmlAnd although Slate won't tell you this, we on the right have been greeting a rush of red-pilled, crossover, Democrat women lately. So by all means Dems, 'It's your grave, keep digging.

And, in conclusion.... https://www.msn.com/en-au/news/other/ch ... ar-BBO69A6$1: Christine Blasey Ford's lawyers say she has still not been able to return to her home because of the "unending" death threats she has continued to receive after testifying against Brett Kavanaugh, who was sworn in as a Supreme Court justice over the weekend.
Debra Katz, one of Ford's attorneys, told NBC News on Sunday that it would be "quite some time" before Ford and her family could return home.
"Her family has been through a lot," Katz said. "They are not living at home. It's going to be quite some time before they're able to live at home. The threats have been unending. It's deplorable.
"It's been very frightening."
Ford testified September 27 in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee, where she said that during a high-school party in the 1980s Kavanaugh pinned her down, tried to take off her clothes, and pressed his hand over her mouth to stop her from screaming.
Ford addressed the harassment against her in prepared remarks to the Senate Judiciary Committee, where she said: "My family and I have been the target of constant harassment and death threats. I have been called the most vile and hateful names imaginable."
She added that she and her family had been forced to leave their home. "Since September 16, my family and I have been living in various secure locales, with guards," she said. Ford said "my greatest fears have been realised - and the reality has been far worse than what I expected."
She said her work email account was hacked "and messages were sent out supposedly recanting my description of the sexual assault."
Ford's lawyers, in the NBC interview, said the FBI investigation into Ford's allegations was not thorough enough.
This was a sentiment echoed by Democrats, who had hoped the bureau would interview more people in connection to the investigation.
"With Anita Hill, there was a full FBI investigation before there was ever a hearing," Lisa Banks, Ford's other attorney, told NBC, referring to the woman who accused Clarence Thomas of sexual harassment after he was nominated to the Supreme Court in 1991. "That did not occur here. This process was far worse."
Banks said Ford "knows" who assaulted her, disputing the idea popular among some Republicans that Ford was assaulted but had mistaken her assaulter's identity.
"She testified she knew him, he knew her, and she knows exactly who sexually assaulted her on that day," Banks said.
Banks also said Ford was "horrified" after President Donald Trump mocked her at a campaign rally.
"She was upset by it, yes, as any woman would be who's the victim of sexual assault who was mocked and belittled by anyone, never mind the president of the United States," Banks said. Ford, a 51-year-old research psychologist, requested anonymity when she first made the allegation against Kavanaugh in a letter to lawmakers.
She later told The Washington Post that she felt her life could be ruined without affecting Kavanaugh's confirmation.
"Why suffer through the annihilation if it's not going to matter?" she told the newspaper. And that's just how MAGA rolls along. Nothing is ever going to get better now.

I woke up this morning glanced down my blog-roll and thought to myself "Gee, I hope somebody is thick enough to dig up that chestnut about how serial muckraking, alleger Christine Blasey Ford is 'alleged' to be the one getting harassed.
'Shouldn't have to wait too long,' I thought to myself. After all, it's pretty much established her previous muck-raking alleging was based on nothing more than air and most likely imagination so what else is there to talk about?
They can only try to sell the one about how brave Christine is the one damaged and endangered by the dangerous denizens of the right wing.
Then I look at this mornings news. Guess which side is really bearing the brunt of attacks after, before and during the Kavanaugh witch hunt?
You'll want examples, of course. Hang on for a bit. I'll be back.

Ariel Dumas a writer for the Stephen Colbert show tweeted, “Whatever happens, I’m just glad we ruined Brett Kavanaugh’s life.”"She's since realized she went past the point of no repercussions and has issued an "Oops...ignore that, kay?" https://dailycaller.com/2018/10/08/step ... gh-regret/Seattle bar tried to deny service to Republicans celebrating Kavanaugh Oh, and you mentioned Soros did you, T? $1: MoveOn.org — a left-wing and partisan Democratic agitation outfit funded by George Soros — called on its supporters last Thursday to engage in “direct actions” in the nation’s capital to block Kavanaugh’s confirmation.
An email by Robert Reich, composed on behalf of MoveOn.org, described the outfit’s political strategy as grounded in “direct actions in Washington, D.C., at Senate office buildings, including busing in constituents from key states.”
Most likely in response Republic Senators like Susan Collins were harassed.
Breitbart News reported:
Maine Republican Chairwoman Demi Kouzounas [said] Collins and her staff had been physically threatened, sent vulgar messages, and had bizarre things sent to them in the mail.
“The vulgarity is unbelievable … things like ‘I hope you’re raped. I hope that you’re stuck with an unborn baby from a rapist,’ … I mean who says these things? And where is the respect?” she said.
Sen. Cory Gardner (R-CO) described on Sunday a threat sent to him following Kavanaugh’s confirmation. His wife reportedly received a graphic text message containing a video of a beheading.

Citing an unnamed, high-ranking Trump official, the Wall Street Journal and CNN report at least four vulgar messages were sent to Ashely Kavanaugh’s work email address. In one instance, Mrs. Kavanaugh was sent an email which reads, “May you, your husband and your kids burn in hell.” Another message states “Hi, Ashley,” you should tell her husband to “put a bullet in his … skull.”Some more on the Susan Collins harassment: "In addition to Mrs. Kavanaugh, Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) has received multiple threats in a bid to intimidate her into voting against the Trump Supreme Court pick.
“My office has received some pretty ugly voice mail threats, terrible things said to my staff, so this has been a very ugly process and I think that’s very unfortunate,” Collins told radio station WVOM on Wednesday. Last week, Collins’s chief of staff, Steve Abbot, told a Maine television station, “We’ve had some very abusive callers” regarding Kavanaugh’s nomination. “We’ve had some very vulgar calls and sort of harassing the staff.”"https://www.breitbart.com/big-governmen ... augh-vote/Rand Paul's Wife Confronts Democrats for Egging on Political ViolenceSenators discuss death threats amid Supreme Court nomination fight$1: Members of Congress are no strangers to public hostility over hot-button issues like health care, immigration, civil rights or war, but some argued the current atmosphere is different.
"There's a lot of unprecedented activity taking place," said Sen. Bob Corker, R-Tenn. At the Tuesday meeting, he noted some senators expressed a previously unseen sense of "danger" about the political atmosphere.
"We've been through this in the past, but this is the worst it's been since I've been here," he continued. "I think we need to recognize that it's not going to go away with the final determination of whether [Kavanaugh] is going to be on the Supreme Court. There's something underlying there that we're experiencing throughout the country right now that we've got to figure out a way to address." More on that... Republican Senators Hit With Death Threats Amidst Kavanaugh Fight$1: With the confirmation of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the US Supreme Court in the upcoming days looking more and more like a sure thing, we take a look at this new story from Zero Hedge in which they report that according to Georgia Republican Senator David Perdue, Republicans should ignore all of the protests happening surrounding Kavanaugh because many of the protesters are just doing their jobs as paid employees of George Soros-tied nonprofit organizations.
While the mainstream media is quick to shoo away any ties between Brett Kavanaugh's accusers and anti-Kavanaugh protesters and George Soros, with snopes labeling Soros-funded protests as 'conspiracy theories', the attempts to assassinate the character of Brett Kavanaugh have shown America what the 'bottom of the barrel' looks like on the Democratic side of the aisle and as Senator Perdue tells Laura Ingraham of Fox News in the only video below, he is absolutely pissed off about what America has been witnessing.
Coming straight out and calling the tactics of the Democrats in 2018 comparable to the tactics used by the 'Brown Shirts' of Germany in the 1930's, Senator Perdue says what Americans need to hear in 2018 with America torn apart and starving for truth, truth that the mainstream media refuses to give us.
UPDATE: President Trump has just called out Soros on twitter, too! http://allnewspipeline.com/GOP_Senator_ ... _Soros.php
