I just heard a caller on CNN say that out of respect for him, his fans, and his family, his court dealings should not be mentioned. What a load of BS. I know he wasn't convicted of anything but he did pay a family 30 million to keep quiet. Thats more than enough for me to be suspicious. I respect his music, that is all. He was a twisted troubled person otherwise.

Agreed!...would we do the same for others, I think not. But when it comes to Entertainers then it is time to worship the ground they walked on.

Very sad day for music. He was a giant in the field, as a singer, a dancer, a songwriter adn all-around entertainer. His songs will be heard for generations to come.
