You say that like it's a major undertaking. Everything is hours away from everything else in the boonies.

You forget...she still things like a European in terms of distance. A 3 hour drive would take you into another country. The Taiwanese are the same.

You don't take them on day trips?

Speaking of which, we get to do one tomorrow. My little consumers are out to support the economy.

Shit we thought nothing of throwing our kids into the car on the weekend and driving 300 kms to visit my family or my wife's, when we were back home. On a long weekend we'd head out to the Whiteshell, or Duck Mountain Provincial Park.

All that without the electronic support kids have today. I say that totally tongue in cheek. My kids are good travellers.

I did appreciate the old man spending the extra bucks for the A/C option on the cars he had.

I think I get the point. I never thought about a gay rodeo as being a symbolic statement.

That what I like about this forum it opens you up to ideas you didn't think of before.

The bulls have a rope wrapped around their testicles and pulled back so far that the animal would scream if it could.

And you've never been to a rodeo in your life, right?

It's not symbolic, it's nothing more than a weekend activity. :D
